Description:

1.The phenolic resin fiber filter element is formed by high-temperature sintering of fibers, adding binders, curing agents, and stabilizers.

2.The gradually tightening structure, uniform pore size and high porosity structure are realized, so that larger particles are captured on the surface of the filter element, and small particles are captured in the deeper part, thereby increasing the retention capacity and service life. The processing technology is used to add grooves on the surface of the filter element, thereby expanding the effective filtering area (filtering efficiency 99.9%).

Solid phenolic resin is yellow, transparent, amorphous mass substance, due to the content of free phenol and slightly red, the specific gravity of the entity average about 1.7, easily soluble in alcohol, insoluble in water, water, weak acid, weak base solution stable. A resin made by condensation of phenol and formaldehyde under the condition of catalyst, neutralization and washing.
