Processing Guidelines (H2)

Drying: Not required for EVA/PE carriers. For TPU carrier, dry at 80°C for 2 hours.

Dosage: Add directly into hopper with base resin.

Mixing time: 3–5 minutes for uniform distribution.

EVA: 170°C – 220°C

Rubber: 150°C – 180°C (vulcanization)

TPU: 190°C – 240°C

PVC: 160°C – 200°C
