a. The main cylinder pressure proportioning is to reduce pressure loss during drawing so as to achieve less load and high production capacity.

b. The lower cylinder proportioning is to reduce blank holding force automatically along with drawing height and blank holding size of product so as to improve the yield of finished product.

2. PLC computer can store technical data of different drawing machines so as to avoid repeated adjustment of blank holding force when similar products are made, improve production efficiency and reduce reject rate.

Use requirement:

1. Stainless steel drawn die must be alloy die.

2. Hydraulic oil must be sufficiently cooled.
