YRK-7SQ series steel wire winding hydraulic press for double bottom and imitation die-casting forming
Usage: Suitable for the double bottom process of aluminum frying pans and soup pots, and the deep drawing and extrusion forming process of imitation die-casting pots.
Features: 1. This equipment has the characteristics of high compression force, small workbench, and high cost-effectiveness of the whole machine.
2. The frame and main oil cylinder adopt a prestressed steel wire winding structure, which has a high service life and good fatigue resistance under high-pressure working conditions. There is no risk of frame fracture or cylinder burst, and the safety is good.
3. Equipped with a standard accumulator auxiliary pressurization function, it adopts rapid liquid filling and rapid pressure relief technology, with fast pressurization speed and short compression cycle.
4. The maximum working pressure of the main cylinder in this series is 70MPa, and the ultra-high pressure seal is more reliable, ensuring stable and efficient operation.
5. Standard servo motor pump controlled hydraulic system, precise, fast, energy-saving, and low-noise. Optional configurations and functions: ● Shortage detection alarm function ● PLC wireless remote maintenance function.
