This CNC fiber laser cutter is designed for dual-scene processing of stainless steel tubes and sheets, serving as an all-around processing equipment in hardware, furniture, machinery manufacturing and other industries.
For tubes, it can accurately cut stainless steel round tubes, square tubes and rectangular tubes of Φ20-150mm, supporting processes like cutting-off, grooving and hole-drilling. For sheets, it can efficiently process stainless steel plates of 0.3-16mm thickness, meeting the needs of flat cutting and complex pattern processing.
Equipped with a high-precision CNC system with ±0.02mm positioning accuracy, combined with special tube clamping and sheet adsorption devices, it ensures processing stability with burr-free and deformation-free cutting edges. Features intelligent nesting and automatic feeding functions, allowing switching between tube and sheet processing modes to improve production efficiency.
