The JH21 Series is a versatile pneumatic punch press for cold stamping, widely used in machinery, auto parts, electrical appliances, and hardware industries. It combines stable pneumatic drive with a rigid open-type fixed bed, ideal for blanking, piercing, bending, and shallow drawing of 0.5–8mm thick metal sheets (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys).

1. Open-Type Fixed-Bed Frame: Welded Q235B steel with aging treatment (no deformation under heavy load). Open design enables easy 3-side workpiece loading/unloading; fixed bed ensures strong bearing capacity and low vibration.
2. Pneumatic Drive System: Equipped with high-efficiency air cylinder and pressure valve. Stepless force adjustment, fast striking (30–120 times/min), no oil leakage, and low energy consumption.
3. Precision Slider & Guide: HT300 cast iron slider (quenched, wear-resistant) with 4-column guide (0.02–0.05mm gap). Ensures stable movement and high positioning accuracy (≤0.03mm/100mm stroke).
4. Safety & Control: Dual-hand safety buttons, optional photoelectric protector (complies with GB 27607-2011). PLC control with touchscreen (parameter setting, fault alarm) for easy operation.
