1. After the main and auxiliary discs are locked, the required air pressure must be maintained to ensure that the steel ball is locked under the pressure in the piston. When the air pressure decreases or suddenly stops (lower than the set value), the locking pressure detection sensor signal feedback, and the control system immediately stops.

2. When the air pressure decreases or "air pressure" is lost, the compression spring is always in the locking position to keep the locking steel ball in the locking position, so as to prevent the main and auxiliary panels from being disengaged.

3. The locking spring is divided into a main spring and a secondary spring. Even when the main spring loses its elasticity, the auxiliary spring can firmly lock the auxiliary disc.

4. In the locking state (cylinder extended), when the solenoid valve for changing the gun disc is suddenly powered off, the air circuit of the solenoid valve remains in the locking air channel state, and the steel ball remains locked under the action of air pressure and spring.
