WT-A6 High-Speed PET Bottle Blowing Machine Overview
The WT-A6 represents China's fastest linear blow molding machine, achieving production rates of 5,000-5,500 bottles per hour for 350ml containers. This fully automatic 6-cavity system handles PET plastic particles, transforming them into hollow containers up to 2 liters capacity through advanced injection stretch blow molding technology.
Production Process
Preheating Stage:
Preforms are heated using infrared high-temperature lamp tubes while bottle necks remain cooled to maintain structural integrity.
Blow Molding Stage:
Preheated preforms are automatically transferred to blow molds and inflated with high pressure (3.0 MPa) to form finished bottles.
