The system activates barrel stop cylinders, ratchet mechanisms, and barrel opening mechanisms to clamp and invert barrels 180 degrees. High-pressure water pumps spray clean water for thorough internal flushing before returning barrels to their original position.

Barrel counting sensors guide empty barrels into the filling station. The filling pump initiates operation with PLC-controlled timing and volume parameters, adjustable via touch screen interface.

Full barrels proceed to the capping station where cap unscramblers automatically sort and feed bottle caps through lower cap tubes. The mouth clamping mechanism positions barrel openings while capping heads securely fasten screw caps before finished product output.
