1. Introuduction
Commercial vehicle diesel engines mostly use DOC+SCR post-treatment system to meet the requirements of national ⅳ and ⅴ emission standards, and the catalytic characteristics of different types of SCR have different effects on the final pollutant emission. a copper-based molecular sieve SCR was obtained in the experiment, and based on a 2.8L diesel engine and a vanadium-based SCR, the steady-state cycle (ESC) and transient emission cycle (ETC) of vehicle diesel engines were run. The emission reduction characteristics of diesel engine pollutants are studied and analyzed. The results show that compared with vanadium-based SCR, the emission reduction efficiency of molecular sieve SCR to engine NO and PM emissions increases by 19% and 33% respectively when running ETC cycle. Molecular sieve SCR has higher conversion efficiency of NO at low temperature, and its conversion efficiency is significantly higher than that of vanadium-based SCR at high space velocity because of its insensitivity to exhaust flow; The emission reduction efficiency of molecular sieve SCR on the number of particulate matter is weaker than that of vanadium-based SCR, reaching more than 7%, and it is easy to decompose large mass particulate matter into small mass particulate matter; Both kinds of SCR have certain emission reduction effect on CO and HC, and the emission reduction rate can reach about 20%.
