1. Introuduction
In petrochemical industry, some specific process tail gas contains high concentration of sulfur dioxide, so the sulfur resistance of voc catalyst is required. We have targeted development to prolong the service life of VOC catalyst in high sulfur tail gas and ensure high VOC removal rate.
The vocs catalytic combustion catalyst takes cordierite as the carrier, and the active components are palladium (Pd) and platinum (Pt), etc., with specifications of 100*100*50/40mm or customized according to customer requirements, square hole type, mesh number of 200 mesh, 100 mesh and 400 mesh or customized according to customer requirements. The designed airspeed is from 15000h-1 to 20000h-1, which has the advantages of stable mechanical properties, low wind resistance and low powder dropping rate. It has a good treatment effect on benzene, lipids, ketones, alcohols, straight-chain alkanes, DMF, AMP, etc., which can reach 98%. It is widely used in industries such as painting, printing, spraying, automobile, medicine and chemical industry, color steel, enameled wire, etc. Different catalysts are used according to different working conditions, different exhaust gas components and concentrations, thus reducing customer costs and improving purification efficiency.
