hot melt butyl rubber are kinds of single-component sealant for insulating
glass as the first line with none solvent, non-atomized, no sulfide and permanent plasticity .
Our butyl advantage
Water vapor and gas permeability lower to 0.2g/(㎡.d). Quality is similar as Germany Kommerling, pass SGS certificate.
Typical Properties:
The raw material is polyisobutylene for insulating glass.
It is one-part, solvent free. No cracking in a wide temperature range. It has good adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy, zinc plating steel, stainless steel and etc. It can offer an excellent humidity proof system with elasticity.
Storage:
Best storage conditions:-10℃ to 30℃, keep cool and dry.
Shelf life:36 months
