The SN74AXC1T45 is a single-bit noninverting bus transceiver with two independently configurable power rails.The device works with VCCA and VCCB supply voltages as low as 0.65 V.The A port is used to track VCCA and can support any supply voltage from 0.65 V to 3.6 V.The B port is used to track VCCB, which can also support any supply voltage from 0.65 V to 3.6 V.The DIR pin determines the direction of signal propagation.A signal transition flows from Port a to Port B when the DIR pin is configured high.When DIR is configured low, it flows from Port B to Port A.The DIR pin is referenced to VCCA, which means that its logic high and logic low thresholds track the VCCA voltage.The device is fully compliant with the specification for partially powered off applications using the Ioff current.When the device is powered down, the Ioff protection circuit ensures that no excess current is drawn from or supplied to the input, output, or combination I/O biased to a particular voltage.
