The TPS3890 is a low quiescent current precision voltage monitor that monitors system voltages down to 1.15 V. The open-drain RESET signal is asserted when the SENSE voltage falls below a preset threshold or when the manual reset (MR) pin is logic low.The RESET output is held low for a user adjustable delay time when the SENSE voltage and the manual reset (MR) return to exceed the corresponding threshold.The TPS3890 series uses precision voltages to achieve 1% threshold accuracy.The reset delay can be adjusted from 40 μs to 30 s by connecting the CT pin to an external capacitor.The TPS3890 features an ultra-low quiescent current of 2.1 μA in a small 1.5 mm × 1.5 mm package, making the device ideal for battery-powered and space-constrained applications.The device is specified to operate from -40 ° C to + 125 ° C (TJ).
