The SN74AXC2T45-Q1 is a 2-bit, non-inverting bus transceiver that uses two independent, configurable power rails. The device operates properly with VCCA and VCCB supply voltages as low as 0.65V. The A port is designed to track VCCA, which can also support any supply voltage from 0.65V to 3.6V. The B port is designed to track VCCB, which can also support any supply voltage from 0.65V to 3.6V. In addition, the SN74AXC2T45-Q1 is compatible with single-supply systems. The SN74AXC2T45-Q1 device is designed to enable asynchronous communication between data buses. Depending on the logic level on the direction control input (DIR), the device transfers data from the A bus to the B bus or from the B bus to the A bus. The SN74AXC2T45-Q1 device is designed so that the control pin (DIR) is referenced to VCCA. The device is fully compliant with the specifications for partial power-off applications using Ioff current. When the device is powered off, the Ioff protection circuitry is designed not to draw excess current from or source excess current to the inputs, outputs, or combination I/Os biased to a specific voltage.
