Product Description: Valve steel is divided into martensitic type and austenitic type according to organizational type. Commonly used martensitic valve steels are 4Cr9Si2 and 4Cr10Si2Mo steels. 4Cr9Si2 steel is used for exhaust valves of automobile engines and diesel engines working below 700 °C. 4Cr10Si2Mo steel can be used as the exhaust valve of medium and high-load automobile engines and diesel engines whose working temperature does not exceed 750 °C. The most widely used austenitic valve steel is 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo steel, which is used to make heavy-duty exhaust valves for internal combustion engines whose operating temperature does not exceed 750 °C. Other austenitic valve steels include 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N and 2Cr21Ni12MnSiN steels.
