The oily sewage is sent to the oil-water separator by the sewage pump. After passing through the diffusion nozzle, the large particle oil droplets float on the top of the left oil collecting chamber.

The sewage containing small oil droplets enters the lower part of the corrugated plate coalesce, where the polymerized part of the oil droplets into larger oil droplets to the right oil collecting chamber.

The sewage containing smaller droplets of oil passes through the fine filter to remove impurities from the water and enter the fiber aggregator in turn, so that the small droplets of oil are aggregated into larger droplets and separated from the water.

After separation, clean water is eliminated through the exclusion port, the dirty oil in the left and right oil collection chamber is automatically eliminated through the solenoid valve, and the dirty oil separated in the fiber aggregator is eliminated through the manual valve.
