Haminol 1586 resin contains 60±2% n-butanol ified melamine formaldehyde resin of the Central Asian amino type, using n-butanol as solvent. "Haminol 1586 resin shows fast curing properties in packaged magnetic paint systems and is not compatible with acrylic resins. "Haminol 1586 is completely soluble in alcohols, ketones, esters and aromatic hydrocarbons, slightly soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons and insoluble in water.
