If you never did import stuff or never import from China before.

Q1: How to get the exact quotation and how to send inquiry?
A:We quote the products according to the customers’ choice on materials, GSM , printing, and other process. And you can send inquiry by TM, Whatsapp or send email to us.

Q2: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A:-size of the products(Length×Width×Heigth)
-material and surface handling(We could advise if you’re not sure)
-printing colors
-quantity
-If it is possible,provide with pictures or design sketch for checking.Sample will be best for clarifying.If not we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.

Q3: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
A:-Ususlly PDF, AI, PSD
-Bleed size:3-5 mm
-Resolution: no less than 300 DPI

Q4: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the bulk production?
A:-Sample: usually 7 days
-Bulk production: usually 20 days

Q5: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products are caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
