EC series commercial dual-discharge air coolers feature an ultra-thin structure design with bottom air intake and dual side air discharge. These units are engineered for compact installation spaces and are primarily used in manned processing rooms or cold storage facilities with limited height clearance.

• Casing: Al-Mg alloy sheet with silver powder coating (RAL7001) offering strong corrosion resistance and lightweight construction
• Evaporator end plate: Aluminum plate construction for effective copper tube protection and weight reduction
• Dual water plate design: Outer water plate with hinge structure for easy operation; inner water tray with aluminum plate flume structure for efficient water drainage
• Coil: Copper pipe φ12 with 38.1×33 spacing in triangular arrangement for high heat transfer efficiency
• Fins: Corrugated aluminum fins with hydrophilic film, available in 4.0mm and 6.0mm spacing to meet different temperature requirements
• Fans: External rotor fan φ350 with working temperature range -30°C to 60°C, available in 1-4 fan configurations with high/low speed options
• Defrosting: Standard electric heating defrosting with stainless steel heating pipes distributed on coil tube fin and inner water plate
• Electrical: IP65 grade waterproof junction box and waterproof connectors with independent wiring boxes for fans and heating pipes
• Testing: Factory pressure tested at 23bar with Schrader valve for pressure detection
• Compatibility: Supports refrigerants R404A, R507A, R448A, R449A, R134a, R22 and others

All models operate at 380V-3 phase power with fan motor power ranging from 80W to 660W and electric defrosting capacity from 2.4KW to 8.0KW depending on configuration.

General selection formula: Evaporator capacity = Cold room cooling capacity × 1.15

• Cold room temperature ~0°C: Select 4.5mm fin spacing (Evaporator = 1.0 × Q0)
• Cold room temperature ~-18°C: Select 6mm fin spacing (Evaporator = 1.1 × Q0)
• Cold room temperature ~-25°C: Select 9mm fin spacing (Evaporator = 1.27 × Q0)
