The EDG Series Industrial Dual-Discharge Glycol Unit Coolers are designed for cold storage applications using glycol aqueous solution as refrigerant. These air defrosting coolroom evaporators feature bottom air intake and dual-side air discharge for efficient temperature control.

• Evaporator Design: Aluminum end plates protect copper tubes while reducing overall weight
• Dual Water Tray System: Outer angular tray ensures smooth drainage, inner flume structure directs water efficiently
• Coil Configuration: Copper pipe φ15 with 50×50 square arrangement for optimal heat transfer
• Fin Options: Corrugated aluminum fins with hydrophilic film available in 4.0mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm spacing
• Fan System: High-power external rotor blower fans operating at -30℃ to 60℃ temperature range
• Defrosting: Standard electric heating defrosting with stainless steel heating pipes
• Safety Standards: IP65 grade waterproof junction boxes and connectors

Available in multiple configurations with varying fin spacing to meet different temperature requirements:

• 4.0mm Fin Spacing: Suitable for 10℃, 0℃, and -18℃ cold storage applications
• 6.0mm Fin Spacing: Optimized for -18℃ to -25℃ temperature ranges
• 9.0mm Fin Spacing: Designed for -25℃ and lower temperature environments

Choose evaporator capacity = cold room cooling capacity × 1.15

• 0℃ cold room: Select 4.5mm fin spacing, capacity factor 1.0
