ECG Series Commercial Dual-Discharge Glycol Unit Coolers
ECG series air coolers are engineered with ethylene glycol solution as secondary coolant and feature an ultra-thin structure. With air inlet from the bottom and dual-side air outlet, these units are primarily used in cold storage facilities requiring glycol-based secondary cooling systems. Designed for compact installation in manned processing rooms, ECG series coolers operate efficiently at 10°C, 0°C, and -18°C temperature ranges.

- Casing: Al-Mg alloy sheet with silver powder coating (RAL7001) offering strong anti-corrosion properties and lightweight construction
- Evaporator End Plate: Aluminum plate construction protects copper tubes and reduces overall weight
- Double Water Plate Design: Outer water plate with hinge structure for easy operation; inner water tray with aluminum flume structure for efficient water drainage
- Coil System: Copper pipe φ12 with 38.1×33 tube spacing in triangle arrangement for high heat transfer efficiency
- Fins: Corrugated aluminum fins with hydrophilic film, available in 4.0mm and 6.0mm spacing to meet different cold storage temperature requirements
- Fan System: External rotor fan φ350 specification, operating temperature -30°C to 60°C, with 1 to 4 fans and high/low speed options for noise control
- Defrosting: Standard electric heating defrosting with stainless steel heating pipes distributed on coil tube fin and inner water plate
- Electrical Safety: IP65 grade waterproof junction box and waterproof connectors with independent wiring boxes for fans and heating pipes
