EA series commercial angled type air cooler features compact structure design with fans installed on the bevel surface. The product has small dimensions and occupies minimal cold storage space, making it ideal for small cold rooms.
- Casing: Al-Mg alloy sheet with silver powder coating (RAL7001) for strong anti-corrosion properties and light weight
- Evaporator End Plate: Aluminum plate construction protects copper tubes and reduces weight
- Double Water Plate Design: Outer water plate with hinge structure for easy operation; inner water tray with flume structure for efficient water discharge
- Coil: Copper pipe φ12 with 38.1×33 spacing for high efficiency
- Fins: Corrugated aluminum fins with hydrophilic film, available in 4.0mm and 6.0mm spacing
- Fans: External rotor blower fans, working temperature -30~60℃, φ300 specification with 1 to 4 fans
- Defrosting: Standard electric heating defrosting with stainless steel heating pipes
- Electrical Components: IP65 grade waterproof junction box and connectors for high reliability
- Testing: Factory pressure tested at 23bar with schrader valve for pressure detection
- Refrigerant Compatibility: Supports R404A, R507A, R448A, R449A, R134a, R22 and others
