Kaideli G series customized coolroom evaporator designed for freezer room applications. This single-fan 220V air cooler features robust construction and optimized heat exchange performance for industrial refrigeration systems.
Key Features & Construction
- Shell: High-quality steel plate with low-temperature resistant powder coating for superior corrosion resistance. Customizable aluminum or stainless-steel shells available.
- Heat Exchange System: 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy tube plates with premium internal thread copper pipes in positive triangle staggered design for maximum efficiency.
- Fin Design: European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins enhance air disturbance and significantly improve heat exchange capacity.
- Double-layer Water Tray: Hinged outer tray for easy maintenance, ribbed slope design for fast drainage, and aluminum inner tray to reduce air bypass.
- Fan System: Customized high-power external rotor fan with F-class insulation motor, operating temperature range -40℃ to 60℃.
- Defrosting: Stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power density, strategically arranged for uniform heating and extended service life.
- Quality Assurance: Each unit undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and 25bar pressure holding test before delivery.
