Overview of CV series V-shaped condenser products

  CV series condenser is designed with V-shaped structure, air inlet on both sides and air outlet on top and larger windward area; it is mainly equipped with the remotely mounted pistons and parallel units or screw units requiring high heat exchange. This series of products has the following characteristics:
   1.Enclosure: High-quality galvanized steel plate sprayed with powder coating (silver gray RAL9006); the fan tube is designed with overall stretching large rounded high air tube, it has the characteristics of excellent air guiding effect, low noise and aesthetic appearance.
   2.Coil: Tube diameter φ9.5, female thread copper pipe, tube spacing 25×21.65 in triangular arrangement, high heat exchange efficiency.
   3.Corrugated aluminum sheet made of hydrophilic aluminum foil is adopted, with the sheet spacing of 2.1mm;
   4.Fan: It is designed with standard 3P/380V/50Hz power supply; 1-6 φ630 fans are adopted with 4-pole and 6-pole motors; the quantity of φ800 fans in single row ranges from 1 to 8, and from 4 to 16 in double rows, and the number of motor poles is 6.
   5.The test pressure of the product is 32bar.
   6.It is compatible with R404A, R507A, R448A, R449A, R134a, R22 and other refrigerants.
