1.Shell: Made of high-quality steel plate and low-temperature resistant powder coating, with strong anti-corrosion performance. Customizable aluminum and stainless steel shell materials; All tube plates are made of 2.0 thick alloy aluminum plates, minimizing the possibility of internal leakage caused by wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction;
2.Double layer water tray design: The outer water tray plate adopts a hinged overlapping design for easy inspection and maintenance. The bottom of the water tray is designed with a pressure bar slope to accelerate drainage and avoid freezing and rusting. The inner water plate is covered with full aluminum plate to reduce air bypass, improve fan efficiency, and enhance defrosting effect;
3.Heat exchange tube: using first tier brand high-efficiency internal threaded tubes, optimizing the circuit, with a positive and negative triangle staggered design, resulting in high heat exchange efficiency;
4.Fins: Classic European sine wave patterned aluminum fins increase air disturbance and greatly enhance air side heat transfer capacity;
5.Fan: Customized high-power external transmission fan, operating temperature -40 ℃~-60 ℃, motor insulation level F, stable and reliable;
6.Defrosting: Low power density stainless steel electric heating tubes are used and arranged reasonably in the coil and on the inner water tray to ensure more uniform heating, increase defrosting effect, and extend the service life of the electric heating tubes;
7.Electrical junction box: Unique customized electrical junction box has the characteristics of waterproof, fireproof, convenient wiring, high voltage resistance, etc.
8.Factory inspection: The air cooler undergoes cleaning and testing processes before leaving the factory, and passes a 25 bar pressure test;
9.Different spacing: Standard spacing includes 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet different temperature and humidity requirements
