This fully automatic all-in-one machine integrates the whole process of disposable PE apron production and packaging. It realizes automatic film unwinding, sealing, cutting, folding, counting and bagging in one continuous operation. Designed for mass production of waterproof and oil-proof disposable PE aprons, it greatly saves labor cost and improves production efficiency.

The automatic disposable PE apron making and packaging all-in-one machine is a professional integrated production equipment for disposable plastic apron manufacturing. It adopts servo precision control system and completes all core procedures automatically, including raw PE film unwinding, tension adjustment, edge sealing, fixed-length cutting, apron shaping, precise folding, counting and finished product packaging.

This machine supports production of various styles of PE aprons, such as hanging neck aprons, vest-style aprons and back tie aprons. It features stable operation, accurate cutting size, neat folding effect and adjustable production speed.
