Over the years, we have been focusing on the domestic photovoltaic, semiconductor field of rare gas recycling and reuse, with a number of core independent patents; is a number of multinational corporations, domestic listed companies, the central government and the top scientific research units of the supplier.

The gas delivery and recovery system of this project mainly consists of two parts: argon purification device and argon recovery device.
The argon purification device is set in the front of the coating furnace gas distribution cabinet to realize the purification of the argon gas source and to remove the water in the liquid argon.
Argon recovery device mainly realizes the argon used in the cooling process of each group of 3 coating furnaces with the function of recycling, the device has the function of carbon black filtration, automatic control of tail gas pressure, argon buffer, argon purification, argon pressurization and so on.
