Working Principle
Raw liquid enters the filter where impurities accumulate on the stainless steel filter element surface during the filtration process.
Automatic Cleaning Mode
- When filtering time reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process initiates
- Electronic control system sends signal to start motor rotation
- Motor drives the drive shaft rotation, activating the scraper mechanism
- Scraper removes accumulated impurities from filter element surface
- After cleaning time reaches set value, motor stops and blowdown valve opens for waste removal
Manual Cleaning Mode
- Motor runs continuously to drive the drive shaft rotation
- Scraper continuously removes impurities from filter element
- When time set value is reached, blowdown valve opens to begin waste discharge
