Operation Principle
The filter's internal structure consists of stainless steel strainer, stainless steel wire brush, and transmission components. When liquid flows through the filter, impurities accumulate on the strainer surface. Once the pressure differential reaches 0.04 MPa, the PLC system automatically initiates the cleaning cycle.
The drive motor rotates the brush while the drainage valve opens, removing accumulated impurities without interrupting operation. The system supports automatic, manual, and timed cleaning modes for maximum reliability.
