1. Ceramic rubber lagging is suited for pulleys where slippage and excessive wear and tear problems make normal rubber lagging ineffective.
2. High alumina ceramic tiles are embedded in rubber sheet, ceramic tiles exhibits excellent abrasion resistance
3. Ceramic rubber lagging can be produced with cn bonding layer
4. Ceramic rubber lagging can be produced in pieces, custom sizes are available
5. Ceramic rubber lagging can be produced in rolls, length: 10 meters, or as your requests

Quanlity Control

Three inspection system is used to ensure the quality: self-inspection, mutual-inspection and special-inspection.

• First-piece inspection and enough in-process inspections will be done by the operators. 
• Sampling the semi-products from last procedure. Mutual-inspection will be done when the workers change shifts.
• Sampling inspection will be done during the production
• Professional QC staffs inspect the complete production of pulley lagging sheets
• Over 20 pulley lagging installation staffs who have been trained rigorously and have extensive experience
