5052 aluminum rod for AL-Mg series is the most widely used a kind of anti-rust aluminum, this alloy has high strength, especially with fatigue strength: high plasticity and corrosion resistance, can not be strengthened by heat treatment, in the semi-cold hardening plasticity is good, cold hardening plasticity is low, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, machinable performance is poor, polishing.
5052 aluminum rod is mainly used for requiring high plasticity and good weldability, low load parts working in liquid or gas medium, such as mailboxes, gasoline or lubricating oil conduits, various liquid containers and other small load parts made with deep drawing: wire used to do rivets. Also commonly used in traffic vehicles, ships of sheet metal parts, instruments, street lamp support and rivets, hardware products, electrical shell, etc.
