6061 rectangular aluminum tubes are manufactured through hot extrusion molding process. After heating the 6061 aluminum alloy ingot, it is forced to pass through a rectangular section mold to obtain a continuous tube, which is then subjected to T6 heat treatment (solution treatment followed by artificial aging) to achieve its optimal performance. In T6 state, 6061 aluminum alloy has high yield strength and tensile strength, far superior to the commonly used 6063 alloy in construction, and can withstand high mechanical loads.
