Technical Operation
The vacuum roller stabilizing system exhausts air from the paper stabilizer, creating an air seal isolation between the stabilizer and dry web. This generates a low vacuum in the paper feeding area, ensuring the paper web tightly adheres to the dry blanket for stable operation. Exhaust air is discharged through centrifugal fans into heat recovery systems before atmospheric release.
