Technical Operation Process
Two-Stage Cooling & Mixing System
The spray mixing tower integrates cold water spray technology with cold air mixing. Exhaust air enters from the tower bottom and flows upward through folding baffle gaps. Cold water atomizes through specialized nozzles, creating numerous water droplets that spray onto exhaust air and baffles.
Heat and mass transfer occurs between water droplets and wet, hot exhaust air, cooling and condensing the exhaust stream. Heated water droplets collect at the bottom drain outlet for discharge. The exhaust then enters the mixing section after completing two spray stages.
Dual air inlets on mixing section sides introduce fresh air that thoroughly mixes with exhaust air. Additional heat transfer and cooling cause further condensation. As the mixture passes through baffle plate gaps, condensation separation occurs. The exhaust undergoes two mixing cycles with cold air followed by final cold water spray cooling before atmospheric discharge via exhaust fan.
