Operating Principle
The spray mixing tower combines cold water spray and cold air mixing technologies. Exhaust air enters from the tower bottom and flows upward through folding baffle gaps. Cold water atomizes through nozzles, creating water droplets that spray onto exhaust air and baffles, facilitating heat and mass transfer to cool and condense the exhaust air.
Water droplets are heated and discharged through the bottom drain outlet. The exhaust air then enters the mixing section where fresh air is introduced from both sides, creating thorough mixing and additional condensation. After two mixing stages and final cold water spray cooling, the treated air is discharged into the atmosphere via exhaust fans.
