Flexible glue PP needles are  widely used in industrial glue/ liquid dispensing. It is the best choice for packaging high value fluid and accurate dispensing.

TT oblique needles provide fast and smooth action for fluids with high viscosity especially for high viscosity or particulate fillters such as epoxy, PTV, silicon resin and solder paste. The needle has two configurations:

The flexible pplastic transparent needle contains a time-sensitive adhesive that

protects against UV-sensitive flu, and the hard-steel opaque needle protects the light-sensitive fluid, helping to accurately position it in the automated dispensing process.

1. Unique design, smooth flow, suitable for most fluids.

2. Thick reading of higher glue my cause blockage and poor flow, and the TT needle can solve such problems well.

3. PE material contains UV light shielding additive.
