Manufacturing Processes
Stainless Steel Welded Pipe: Steel is crimped and formed by unit and mold, available as straight seam or spiral welded pipe with simple production process and high efficiency.
Seamless Pipe Production:
- Hot Rolling: Round tube billet → heating → piercing → rolling/extrusion → stripping → sizing → cooling → straightening → testing → marking
- Cold Drawing: Round tube blank → heating → perforation → heading → annealing → pickling → oiling → multi-pass cold drawing → blank tube → heat treatment → straightening → hydrostatic testing → marking
