Our ultra-thin (0.3-1mm) duplex 2205 foil offers high electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) bipolar plates.

Graphite and coated 316L bipolar plates suffer from either brittleness, high cost, or corrosion-induced contact resistance.
Solution
Duplex 2205 foil provides bulk corrosion resistance without coatings, low interfacial contact resistance, and high strength for thin-gauge stamping.
