A: Yes, we can provide sample for test. It will charge a sample fee, which can be refund by future bulk order. And generally, we need about 1-2 weeks to produce the sample

A: Generally, we will send confirmed samples according to your requirement for your checking before bulk order. And we have several staffs in QC Dep, who will check the materials and each parts to make sure the production goes correctly, same as the sample/requests. When the products are ready, we will take some to our lab, to do a lot of quality test. What's more, before packing it up, we will double check all products details, to ensure the quality

A: Yes. Generally, we promise it 100% rebound within 6 months, for most of our compressed products. And by usual use, we offer 5 years warranty for our products.
