1.Machine's information
1. Power supply: start the motor and see if the steering is correct;
2. Air supply: see if the air pressure of the filter and pressure gauge reaches 4-5kgf/cm2
3. Check whether the clamping die meets the specifications of pipes and bars.
4. Install the correct blade on the knife holder of the cutter head. The square type is a flat knife, and the triangle type is an inner and outer knife. Please don't install it wrong. Cutter heads of different specifications are used in the direction of forward rotation, plane, outer corner, inner corner, and different materials.
5. Adjust the position of the knife, loosen the screw of the knife holder, adjust the upper and lower screws of the knife holder, and adjust the outer angle outward to be larger than the outer diameter of the tube or bar, and adjust the inner angle inward to be smaller than the inner diameter of the tube. End face.
6. Put the work piece in the fixture until the stopper is enough, go to manual → clamp material → start motor → feed, and the processing is completed. Feed the knife again and adjust the tool position until the machining standard. Make sure to tighten the screw of the knife holder each time before starting the motor. After debugging, make sure that the switch arrow points to retract→retract, and then auto can be turned on.
