Solid Color Options

- Metallurgical & Corrosion Analysis: Macrostructure analysis, fracture detection, conductivity/resistance, grain size, hydrogen embrittlement, salt spray, annealing.
- Dimensional & Surface Measurement: Thickness, width, length, zinc coating quantity, paint adhesion, surface roughness.
About Pre-painted Galvanized Steel
Prepainted galvanized steel coil (PPGI coil) uses galvanized steel as the base metal. The zinc layer offers strong corrosion resistance, and with painting, it becomes more durable than standard galvanized steel.

Production Process
Pre-painted galvanized steel coils are produced by subjecting hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets to surface chemical treatment, applying organic coating, followed by baking and curing.
