Color steel coil is a product made of galvanized steel that is continuously subjected to surface degreasing

and phosphating and other chemical transfer treatments on the production line, and then coating with

organic paint.

Solid Color

♦ Normally, we use standard Ral k7 colors, also we support custom colors by customer’ s sample.

Product Classification

A: Solid color, single color surface, we confirm the color by Ral card or customer's sample.

B: Embossed PPGI, support wringkle,diamond,orangel peel etc embossed surface.

C: Pattern PPGI, common pattern, wood grain, stone grain, brick texture etc.

Quality Control

1) Mechanical Properties Testing

  Room-temperature and high-temperature mechanical tests, Brinell hardness, HRC hardness,

  Vickers hardness, micro-hardness, expansion, flattening, cupping, bending, compression.

2) Metallurgical & Corrosion Analysis

   Macrostructure analysis, fracture detection, conductivity/resistance, density, grain size, hydrogen

   embrittlement, residual stress, dezincification corrosion, salt spray, annealing.

3) Dimensional & Surface Measurement

  Surface roughness, burr angle, radius, inner and outer diameter measurement.

Mainly Applications

1 Building and Construction

 Color coated steel coil is widely used for roofing, wall cladding, ceiling, door, and shutter because

 of its durability   and vibrant colors.

2 Home Appliances

It is commonly applied to refrigerator panel, washing machine shell, air conditioner shell and other

household appliances.

3 Transportation and Automotive

Color coated steel is also used for vehicle interior panel, luggage compartment board, container,

and garage door.

Standard Export Package

♦ 3 layers of standard export package. Inside is kraft paper, Middle is water proof plastic layer and

  outside GI steel sheet to be covered by steel strips with lock, with inner coil sleeve.
