which provides higher anti-corrosion property and a longer lifespan than galvanized steel sheet.

The base metal for ppgi/ppgl consist of cold-rolled steel,hot dipped galvanized steel,electro-galvanized

steel and hot dipped galvalume steel. the coating material is as following :polyester ,silicon modified

polyester,polyvinylidene fluoride,high-durability polyester etc.

Advantage

Strong corrosion resistance, 3 times that of galvanized steel sheet.
The density of 55% aluminum is smaller than the density of zinc. When the weight is the

same and the thickness of the plating layer is the same, the area of the galvalume steel

sheet is 3% or larger than that of the galvanized steel sheet.

Color coated steel sheet is made by chemical pretreatment, preliminary coating and fine

coating, the quality of the coating is more even, stable and ideal than single spraying or

brushing on the surface of formed metal.

mechanical property, paint performance, corrosion resistance, usage life etc parameters

for some products by our professional inspection room.
