The prepainted steel sheet in coil is a product that has undergone a surface chemical treatment by subjecting a hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet to coating. The base material used in the manufacture of these products includes cold-rolled steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel, and hot dipped galvalume steel. The coating material used consists of polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, as well as high-durability polyester.
Features:
Prepainted steel sheet is composed of four parts: steel core, metal coating, primer and top coat. It is made with Galvanized or Galvalume (Aluzinc) as the substrate. After surface pre-treatment, paint coating, baking and cooling, an outer protective film is built to make it durable, corrosion-resistant and formable.
In addition, prepainted steel sheet has many operations available for manipulation, including cutting, roll forming, bending and folding. Its portability allows it to have diverse applications in multiple areas.
