Prepainted steel is most commonly used as a solid color and is usually done so by following the RAL standard color chart , to ensure consistency. Alternatively, a sample of the desired color can be sent and we will produce the same tone.
The base metal for ppgi/ppgl is created using cold-rolled steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel or hot dipped galvalume steel. The surface of the material can be coated with a variety of materials such as polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride and high-durability polyester.

Applications:
Color coated coils are mainly used in building, transport, home appliances, solar energy, furniture. Especially in home appliances, the sheets are mainly used as the side door plate of refrigerators,and air conditioners, freezers, and washing machine. Using galvanized sheets or galvalume sheet as the substrate, color coated sheet is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then coating for one or more layers, and funally baking and cooling.
