Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities
Our facility operates four specialized coating production lines, including three coil roller coated lines and one sheet coating line, with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons. We feature one of China's most advanced aluminum veneer production lines, capable of producing one million square meters annually.
Additional equipment includes two column slitting machines, two cutting machines, and two embossing machines. We specialize in color coated aluminum coils, aluminum magnesium manganese roof panels, curtain wall veneers, metal antique tiles, and various stone/wood grain coated aluminum products.
Notably, we lead the industry with capability to produce ultra-thick (5.0mm+) and ultra-wide (2700mm) coated aluminum products.
