Features :
This machine works harmoniously with air-conveyor belt, It holds the bottles by the neck, thus, reducing the possibility of bottles falling over during conveying process.
This machine is used to fill juice and noncarbonated drink into pet bottle and with screw caps capping
function.
This machine integrated three function:
1. Rinse the empty pet bottle, 2. filling the rinsed bottles, 3. capping the filled bottles
Rinser Station:
- All 304 stainless steel rinser heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption & more clean
- 304 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing
- 304 stainless steel washing pumps
Filler station
- The rotate plate is made of SUS AISI304, large flat toothed bearing.
- The whole valve is made of 304 stainless steel.
- The filling system has a CIP circulation system to wash the pipeline and fake-cup used for cleaning filling valve.
- The liquid supply adopts the automatic pneumatic valve magnetic liquid-level switch to control the liquid tank automatically.
Capper Station
- Place & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping
- All 304stainless steel construction
- No bottle no capping

1.installation&commissioning
After the equipment arrived at the customer's site. the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing;Our technician will do equipment set up and commissioning,buyer should offer necessary help if needed

The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance chech of the production line.if there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer's factory and the equipment concerned in the contract.
3.Training
