DECRIPTION

Operating Instructions:

(1) Turn on the power and check if the direction of rotation of the cutting piece is the same as the direction indicated by the arrow. (reverse rotation is strictly prohibited)

(2) Adjust the positioning bolt according to the size of the pipe diameter to be cut. In order to prevent the beveled surface or the clip from being cut, the card slicing phenomenon occurs.

(3) After placing the pipe to be cut, push the feed handle to complete the cutting process.

FY-QG-51 is a hose cutting machine which also have the ability to strip hose rubber. It has big power,

so that it can cut hydraulic stainless steel braided hose up to 2 inch 4 wire.

FY-QG-51 is hose cutting machine which also have fucntion of hose rubber stripping. It is an essential device for hose assembly making before crimping. Cutting is to cut the hose to the needed length for hydraulic system connecting, skiving is to strip the inner or out rubber layer, so that the stainless steel braided hose can be connect well with ferrule and fittings.
