• When using the tube press for the first time, perform 20-30 crimping cycles without load and observe that all parts are normal before use
• In winter, perform 20-30 cycles without load to increase oil temperature
• Press the open button, select corresponding mold according to hose specifications, and adjust micrometer scale
• Place hose with joint in proper position for full-length crimping
• Press crimping button to execute operation until automatic mold opening
• Use vernier caliper to check crimped joint jacket outer diameter and adjust micrometer scale as needed
